With so many people going vegan these days it’s easy to wonder if you would be able to do the same. Surprisingly, a lot of things are already vegan that you wouldn’t expect, making it that much easier to adapt to a new diet for the long run. These are a few of our favorite vegan candy brands that just happen to be childhood favorite candy brands as well.

Twizzlers
At one point I swear i couldn’t put these things down, but was it weird that I would put these in the microwave before I ate them?

Smarties
I’m obsessed with this candy to this day. I remember before I would take tests when I was younger my teachers would give out smarties with a cute saying like a “smarties for my smarty.†Yes, it might seem cheesy and lame, but I loved it, and I always aced my test—so I guess it’s good luck.
